  25. The file format is detailed in the online help that comes with your compiler.
  26. Look under "File Formats".

  28. The source code is not available, and from what I hear it's probably just
  29. as well.  It's supposed to be a programmer's worst nightmare.

  31. But, the source to wordpad does ship with VC++ 4.0.  You may want to look at
  32. that.
